The swordfish at the restaurant was one of the best I've ever eaten. I stayed in the new edition as opposed to the mansion. I was able to park directly in front of my room. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spotless. The refrigerator in the room actually had a separate door for the freezer so my cooler ice packs actually froze overnight. Also the staff in the restaurant and at the check in counter were exceptionally nice.

Definitely lived up to its "fabulous" rating! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The options for the continental breakfast were many and even nicer was that everything was individually wrapped (but fresh, NOT pre-packaged and sealed with no expiration date!) and pancake machine was touchless. A little further off the interstate than we anticipated but worth the drive. Would stay again

The location, of course, makes it a standout, as well as the attention to detail. The decor is thoughtful--beautiful and welcoming. Anna and Renee were warm and attentive innkeepers. And COVID regulations were very good. I stayed in room #9, which was fully outfitted in Mackenzie Child. It had a lake view and was quite cozy and comfortable. Absolutely great room! Just need a few more kitchen items (like a toaster!) and knives and a cutting board. Great to have a full size frig and a microwave, but I wanted a bagel and English muffin, too! Loved the location and outdoor seating. Easy parking and entrances in the back and front of the building. Loved all the extra coffee and snacks and bathroom was amazing. I spent most of my time on the "back porch"...so private and lovely. Great experience!
