The Roxy has it all. A great hotel experience enhanced by having a superb jazz club, movie theater, dining options, and cool factor all baked into the property. Great service, great vibes, fun, comfortable, responsive, special. Will stay here again for sure. Maybe the best NYC hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
Best Western Plus Soho Hotel near the Tribeca area in New York is a gem. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is prepared with care by the onsite chef/cooks. The rooms are clean, welcoming, and a great value for the area they are in.
It was a very clean and comfortable room - dining and breakfast was great - hotel seem to employ many workers - not sure why that many - hope they get paid well.
Will stay there again next year on my way to Florida
This was a perfect, quiet location just outside of New York City, with a quick, cheap ride on the Exchange station PATH or the Paulus Hook ferry to get across to Manhattan. We were able to get all the “city” time we wanted and needed, with quick access to the subway, while also being able to relax in our space at the Hyatt. Lovely views for breakfast and at the rooftop restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay! Room was clean and quiet.
This hotel is centrally located in a very walkable city. It was between the two PATH stations with trains into NYC. The views were lovely and it is also close to the Hudson River Walkway.
Some rooms overlook the Lite Rail trains, so they are noisier.
It’s a lovely hotel and the staff were amazing. My room was upgraded, which was great and I had a corner room with beautiful views on the 8th floor and it was cozy and warm. I’d definitely stay here again.
This hotel was perfect for our NYC weekend trip. Chinatown was walkable and the food options were plentiful. The F train was a quick 5 minute walk that allowed us to access everything easily. The hotel itself was clean, looked and felt updated and had all basic necessities. The lobby had coffee and tea station but more importantly a water bottle filler machine. Bed linens were very soft and comfy. Highly Recommend!!!
We loved this place. It’s clean, quiet and everything works perfectly. The room is small but comfortable and has all the amenities you need. The staff is super friendly. I would stay here again in the future.
Great hotel. Beautiful outside courtyard to sip your morning coffee. Room was small but clean and had everything you could ask for! Would definitely recommend it to a friend!
My stay was overall excellent!
But the shower stall in my room #301 must have previously had glass shower doors.
The glass shower doors have been removed and replaced with just a shower curtain.
This while odd would have been acceptable except that the shower door floor guides were not removed so the base of the shower entrance had a 5 foot metal edge that could potentially be exceedingly dangerous.
I hope the property inspects the facilities and makes these necessary repairs.
