"Nice place to stay."

"Room was not cleaned by maids before we got there. Bed was slept in and not made, dirty towels on the floor, dirty towels in the tub, trash full. Front desk offered to move us to the second floor with a regular tub instead of the jacuzzi. I specifically needed a first floor room, so I asked about having the room cleaned instead. Maid staff had gone home from the day, so I had to change the linens myself and clean up the other person’s mess. The jets on the “jacuzzi” didn’t even work and the drain release was broken. "

"The hotel itself is fine, especially for the price. We had a major issue with the front desk staff. My son and I were attempting to purchase an ice cream from a freezer in the lobby. The desk clerk accused my son of stealing an ice cream and placing it in the pocket of his swim trunks. It was absurd. It did not happen. But he insisted and even made my son turn his pockets inside out in the middle of the lobby with others around. It was completely false, baseless, and humiliating. I was furious but just kept my cool and paid for our two $3 ice cream bars and left. My 11-year-old son was upset and embarrassed. I have no idea what the young man was thinking. He seemed a bit awkward during the check in process, but I didn't think much of it. But the ice cream episode was totally unacceptable. It's unfortunate because it totally tainted a good weekend for our family and an otherwise pleasant experience."

"This property is newer and well kept. The staff are helpful and friendly. This was my second time to stay here. It was fabulous once again."

"The staff is awesome but unfortunately that is the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. The first room we were given smelled horrible!!! We had to request another room. The 2nd room we were given was much better but was considered an “upgrade” according to the front desk. The beds are very comfortable but the hotel itself is extremely run down and dingy. We will not stay here again."

"This was my second stay. This was the worst of the two experiences. Second time here where there were zero eggs at breakfast again. Carpeting/floors in the room were sticky and damp. Phone was broken so had to call from my cell phone after my battery died so I allegedly missed the 9am cutoff to ask for a later checkout. I was told that housekeeping, "had to get in there right away". Maybe because there was used soap and hair in the shower right when we arrived ( I have pics) so we didn't bother using the shower. I used points/dollars towards this stay and felt that it was wasted on an overall disappointing experience. This will be the last time this establishment gets my money. I would rate this zero stars or below if I could."
