"The property was great. Personal was great. Valet was great. The only trouble we had was the toilet ran over right away after checking in. I shut the valve off right away just as it started to run over so not as bad as it could have been. It was taken care, mopped and sanitized right away. Another day it plugged again with nothing in it but liquid but did not run over. Several times it had to be flushed up to 5 times before it did a good flush. When we checked out I told them they may have a major issue with toilet in 617. It needed thoroughly checked out or replaced. The front desk said they made a note of it. Other than that it was a very nice place except for having to pay to park. I have never had to pay to park at a hotel when I’m staying there ever. Where else are you going to park. Kind of ridiculous I think"
