"We had a fabulous time at Offshore for two nights midweek. The only negative was the construction next to the pool, but we spent our time at the beach anyway. I know they're building a restaurant next to the pool, and we would happily stay there again and look forward to the new addition. The only other minor issue is the grounds could be kept up a bit better around the front parking lot."

"The location is great - right on the water. The rooms are very clean and the property looks good. There were a few things that were not working (ceiling fan and some lights), but overall it’s was fine. (I’d have given a 3.5 for maintenance.) If you’re looking for a solid, clean, no-frills place to stay that’s on the water this place is great."

"For he price, cant be beat! Across the street from the beach and a short walk to downtown Montauk. Has a small well kept pool on site where food and drink can be served to you from the crispy taco restaurant on site. Rooms are spacious, suite style . Kitchen/living room separate from the bedroom. Little deck out front that overlooks the parking lot. Pedal bikes and beach chairs provided free of charge! Coffe spot alo located on site. Enjoyed our stay!"
