Learn more about Montauk
At the easternmost tip of Long Island, waves crash against rugged shores where surfers flock to Ditch Plains Beach for legendary breaks. The historic Montauk Point Lighthouse stands sentinel, offering Atlantic panoramas worth the climb. Fishing boats return to harbor with impressive catches, explaining why locals claim more world saltwater fishing records than anywhere else. Six state parks provide natural escapes, with Camp Hero's dramatic bluffs revealing military history alongside ocean views. Kirk Park Beach offers quieter sands away from summer crowds. After beach days, seafood shacks serve the morning's catch while downtown restaurants fill with sandy-footed visitors. The hamlet maintains its salty character despite increasing popularity, where fishermen and fashionable weekenders somehow coexist in perfect harmony.

"clean"
Offshore Montauk
"Beautiful property in an excellent location. Across the street from a beautiful beach where there are very helpful and friendly staff to set up your beach chairs and umbrellas. The hotel feels new with a beautiful wellness center with showers, a gym, saunas and cold plunges. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Worth the price"

"Me and my boyfriend stayed here for two full days in late August! We are under 25, and they allowed us to stay! Scarlet helped us through the whole thing and she was a joy!! We arrived earlier than our check in and our room was ready, so we were in our room 2 hours earlier which was amazing! They provide beach towels, chairs and umbrellas which was so helpful! The beach is literally a 2 minute walk away, and is free. The location is phenomenal, as everything is right nearby in short walking distance. We got the regular room, which was just a bed and tv, and was perfect for us two. Tv was cable only, and they did provide a mini fridge and microwave. They also provided shampoo and conditioner and body wash. Q-tips, toothpaste, makeup wipes. Which was helpful! We didn’t have an ocean view, but we could walk a few steps and have a great view of it! They had blackout curtains too which was nice! We visited two restaurants nearby for dinner, The Alimentari Beach, which was an Italian place. So delicious! And Mavericks in Montauk! Which was also amazing! The view there was beautiful! For breakfast we went to Bird on the Roof and Anthony’s Pancakes! Both were amazing and definitely recommend! We spent our days at the beach, and our first night we also went to the mini golf nearby, which was a quick walk as well! $26 for both of us! This place is a must for anyone who is looking for a beach walking town and a quiet safe neighborhood! Would go back!!"
