Travel to NY often. The Arlo always is a great stay. Clean, smells amazing, good vibes, friendly/stylish staff, great decor, reasonably priced. Just do it. Stay here. Perfect for solo travel.

The lacation was perfect, just few steps from the subway, Macy's one blk only, in the heart of Manhattan. Quiet and spacious room, marvelous views from Empire State!

We are here a couple times a month for almost two years now , the staff is the main reason , property is great , neighborhood is great .

Check in was easy and our room was even better than we anticipated.

This was one of the few times that we got to our room before housekeeping was done. The smell of Clorox was affirming in that I felt like the bathroom was REALLY sanitized before we got in! IT. FELT. CLEAN!!! And housekeeping was not one person doing everything; it was a team of cleaners going over the room! OUTSTANDING!!! Wonderful desk staff, too! Great location; convenient to the Javitz center. Walkable to everything else in the city (MTA, mid-town, etc.). And it was QUIET! ...

Great location! Great restaurants nearby! Comfortable beds. It would have been nice though if a little birthday card or something was put in my room! Other than that you cannot go wrong staying here and I’m planning to again!

The only thing I didn't like was the parking situation, but understand it's NYC and parking isn't always convenient.

Jose was so helpful. Ordered my cab for an early departure and was there early in the morning to help me with my bags into the cab. Great service. I'll stay there again!
