"Very welcoming for me and both my dogs. I loved the overall value. The only issue was with the condition of the bathroom. Poorly draining shower and loose toilet. They worked, and like I said overall it was a good value and experience."

"The drain stopper didn’t open completely and what water that went down the drain went all over the floor due to a leaky pipe. Also the screws holding up one end of the shower were almost completely out of the wall. "

"When we went to check in, staff said he didn’t see my reservation even after I showed the reservation and confirmation #. When I asked to speak to a manager, he said they did t have one to talk with. Even another staff there told him to just make the correction in the system that it was a simple gliche in the computer. There was also NO hot water either night to which the reply was sorry. We can move you to a room if we find one…. I will make a note… nothing ever came available. "
