Learn more about Little Falls
Cascading through a rocky defile, the Mohawk River creates the namesake falls that once challenged early travelers. Lock 17 stands as the highest lift lock east of the Rockies, a testament to Erie Canal engineering that tamed these waters. Burke Park offers peaceful respite while the Little Falls Historical Society Museum chronicles the city's industrial past. Art lovers can browse local works at the Mohawk Valley Center for the Arts before sampling craft brews at Rock City Brewing Company. For geological wonders, head to nearby Herkimer Diamond Mines where you can dig for perfectly formed quartz crystals. Eastern Park's natural setting provides a perfect counterpoint to the historic architecture downtown, where century-old buildings house quirky shops and unexpected treasures.

Lake House
"Great place to stay. Small and cozy just what I needed for my stay. Everything you need including a/c. Very quiet and peaceful. Thank you to Al!"
Quality Inn & Suites New Hartford - Utica
"I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the New Hartford/Utica area. The facility was well maintained, the rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly and the ammities at this side was very useful. The morning breakfast was also not bad either. The only draw back from this facility was there is no pool, and my kids were a little bored because they could not go out to a pool. But this was a great staff for me and my family."
Burrstone Inn, an Ascend Collection Hotel
"Wonderful hotel! Helpful staff, clean and comfy."
Red Roof Inn & Suites Herkimer
"I stayed just one night at this Red Roof Inn to break up a longer trip. I had my dog with me and found it to be comfortable, affordable and convenient. It's close to the thruway and there is a gas station/ store nearby."
Lake View Motel
"We liked the property because the lake across street was very pretty. Staff were very nice and rooms were clean"
Delta Hotels by Marriott Utica
"It was a great place to stay."
Bayside Inn & Marina
"We stayed at the Bayside Inn for a week while our grandson attended the Cooperstown Tournament at the Dream Park. It is an amazing property with a beautiful lake, amazing facilities, the cleanest rooms/cottages and only 20 minutes from the park. The staff is very pleasant and extremely helpful. If attending the Baseball Hall of Fame, see the front desk for discount tickets. I highly recommend this property!"
The Inn At Stone Mill
"The staff was very helpful both before our visit and upon check-in. While staff was available during our stay, they focus on allowing guests the freedom to work with the staff or have privacy throughout the visit. The rooms and public spaces are very well maintained, the needs are very comfortable, and the mini split slides guests complete control over room temperature. The rooms are very quiet, with the only sound from other rooms are the occasional room door closing. The Inn provides coffee, tea, soft drinks and snacks available to guests on a 24 hour basis. The Continental breakfast provided to guests is very good and complete with fresh fruits, yogurt, pastry, oatmeal, and cereal. All in all, after our three night stay, we highly recommend the Inn, and certainly would return."
Lake Front Hotel
"James was very helpful in accommodating my needs - I needed a refrigerator for my medicine and he had it in my room within 24 hours. There is a complimentary ticket to the “Glimmer glass” boat ride with your stay as well."
