Hotels in Kearney

"This is a nice hotel with an exceptional staff but if I’m dropping $250+ for a hotel room I’d like some Charmin and not that sand paper they call toilet paper. And another thing, why no microwave in the room? Is that a nice hotel thing. I had bomb ass BBQ leftovers I had to eat cold. One more thing, if I’m your guest why are you charging me for parking? Doesn’t seem very hospitable."

"The bar is a nice place to play pool and have a drink, the rooms are big, breakfast is good, and the location is easy to get to. "

"They don’t clean rooms unless you check out. No matter if you even ask them to. They refused to do that. Amazing!!! The restaurant in casino were closed. There is a new restaurant remodeled just outside of casino. It was good."

"At check in the gentleman with longer hair barely even looked up at us. Once in our room we discovered yellow crusty stuff on our bed. We let the front desk know and said that we would be out for a while and would like it to be addressed before we got back. Over 4 hours later when we returned it was still there. We went back to the front desk and spoke with the same gentleman with a beard and glasses that we had brought the problem to earlier. He told us housekeeping was gone for the day now and he would try to get the porter up to address it. We gave them one hour and no one ever came. We couldn't even use our expensive room because the same stuff was also on the bench. Went back down again, this time more frustrated and they tried to move us to a queen room on a lower floor. When we were coming from a king room in the corner. We checked that room and it was in poor shape so they put us in another queen room on the 11th floor. This room was clean with a little more space. The shower the next morning was like a warm trickle, i could barely wash my hair. We tried to stop in the Italian restaurant for a drink later that evening and it seemed as if the bartender didn't want us there. Then without notice of last call or any communication she through our bill in front of us and our friends who were there with us. The service at breakfast was a little better but didn't have the first two things I tried to order from the menu. Overall poor experience. Stay at the much nicer hotels "

"Room was clean. My only negative experiences were being out of the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the room. The AC unit also did not work. I talked to the front desk and they brushed us off saying it takes time to work. Never worked at all. Had to take a cold shower to be comfortable.. otherwise property was great."

"Understaffed but working on training more. Restaurant only open from 7 to 9 for an excellent breakfast buffet. Right across from Kauffman Stadium. Would definitely recommend."
