I loved the attention to details: a welcome beverage, bikes hanging in your personal carport, a rubber ducky in the shower, period perfect vintage furniture and art, and fresh baked cookies on checkout.

This is a very cool historic hotel that offers a charming ambience, a very attentive staff, very comfortable beds, complimentary breakfast delivered to your room each day, a refreshment station with fresh water, cookies, coffee and tea available all day long. It's near to everything that you want to do/eat/see/drink in Prescott. It's super special.
Ingrid is a delightful host. She made us feel very much at home. We stayed in the Northern Exposure room, which was delightfully decorated in the style of the Pacific North west. All the exacting touches decorating the room alone were worth the stay. I have wanted to stay in Jerome ever since I passed through it many years ago, and was pleased by this opportunity. It is a delightful historical town, well worth a visit.
Kitchen to make meals, great views. Nice new accommodations. Liked the direct TV. Kids loved it.

Was grounds need more landscape maintenance (grass mowed) and game room was pretty pathetic. Liked the variety of amenities, but they were kind of run down. Still had fun!
The staff was friendly and personable. The property is in some disarray with building materials all over. My room was clean. Although entering and exiting the property is a total nightmare, I would stay here again. The addition to a coffee maker in the rooms would be EXCELLENT!
Great one night getaway with the family. The pool was clean and warm for the kids to swim. Room very clean and comfy with a beautiful shower. Breakfast was above average.
The main reason we love this hotel is because I could breathe. I am sensitive to many cleaning chemicals and never have an issue. The hotel is clean, but no chemical smell. Even the bedsheets don't give me issues. There was an issue at check in for everyone, the rooms weren't ready because of a weird situation the night before, but the staff was friendly and offered compensation. The lobby was nice to hang out in when we had to wait.
