South Waterfront Park
South Waterfront Park offers a peaceful escape from Miami's urban intensity with its scenic Biscayne Bay views and waterfront promenades. This upscale residential enclave is perfect for travelers seeking tranquility and a glimpse into luxury Florida waterfront living. Crystal-clear waters invite kayaking and paddleboarding while landscaped gardens provide shady spots for relaxation. The neighborhood has minimal dining options, with occasional food trucks serving the area on weekends. Accommodation consists primarily of luxury vacation rentals with bay views and resort-style amenities. Getting around requires ride-sharing services, but the area's well-maintained waterfront paths make walking and biking a delight.

Florida Shores
Florida Shores offers a peaceful escape from tourist crowds in a classic Florida suburban setting. Wide streets lined with palm trees and stucco homes create a laid-back atmosphere where you can live like a local. Nearby New Smyrna Beach provides seaside fun just a short drive away, while small neighborhood parks offer quiet spots to unwind. You'll need a car to get around, but that means easy day trips to beaches and attractions. Vacation rentals with private pools give you more space and privacy than hotels at budget-friendly prices. The neighborhood trades tourist amenities for authentic suburban charm and tranquility.
Totem Park
Totem Park blends tranquil waterfront living with scenic outdoor spaces along Florida's Indian River Lagoon. The peaceful residential neighborhood offers an escape from tourist crowds with walking paths perfect for morning strolls and wildlife spotting. Bring your fishing gear or kayak to explore the calm lagoon waters while taking in breathtaking coastal views. This area is primarily residential with limited dining options, so plan to drive to nearby Edgewater or New Smyrna Beach for restaurants. Accommodations consist mostly of private rental homes with potential water views. Getting around requires a car, though the neighborhood itself is pleasantly walkable with flat terrain ideal for exploring.

Hawks Park
Hawks Park in Edgewater gives you Florida's natural beauty without the tourist frenzy. Winding trails under ancient oak canopies invite leisurely walks while picnic pavilions provide perfect lunch spots. The sprawling green space attracts local wildlife, making it a paradise for bird watchers and nature photographers. Visitors can easily explore the quiet residential streets by bike or on foot. You'll need wheels to reach nearby dining options, with most restaurants just a quick 5-10 minute drive away. Budget-friendly vacation rentals and cozy bed-and-breakfasts offer authentic stays with screened porches and lush gardens. New Smyrna Beach is close enough for day trips but far enough to keep this peaceful neighborhood your own secret Florida hideaway.

Yelkca Terrace
Yelkca Terrace offers a peaceful slice of everyday Florida life without the tourist crowds. Tree-lined streets wind through this quiet Edgewater neighborhood, where single-family homes with private pools create a true suburban retreat. Travelers can enjoy morning strolls past stucco exteriors and palm-dotted lawns while birds provide a natural soundtrack to your day. The neighborhood's budget-friendly accommodations make it a smart alternative to pricey beachfront spots. You'll need a car to reach restaurants and shopping in nearby Edgewater, or to make the quick 15-minute drive to Atlantic Ocean beaches and the Intracoastal Waterway.

"The room was clean when we got. We were in room 516. The only complaint we have was that we didnt have No hot water to do the dishes or take a shower . The pool clean and was warm when we got in it. There wasnt No towels left when we got there . We thought it wasnt cool that have to charge for someone to visit for a few hours. But other then that it was great. The lady that checked us in I think her name was Michelle she was very polite and very nice to her customers. She explains everything to us and when we asked questions she even answered then. And when we went down to talk too some about the visitors coming for our granddaughter cake for a few house he didnt seem very friendly or very polite. That was yesterday 08/05 around 4 n 6 pm."
