We loved it at the Isaac Jackson Hotel. We felt so "welcome" from the time we walked in the door. I don't believe we've ever met such friendly, "happy", and efficient staff from the front desk to housekeeping. We found our room "just as pictured" on the website. It was quiet and the bed so comfortable. The Bath & Body toiletries were really an extra special touch. As well as the two chocolates treats on the desk.
