"The staff was very friendly, kind, helpful. They LOVED interacting with our Beagle Theodore. They showed him so much love. We had a great view of the mountains. We did unfortunately miss breakfast during our stay, so I can not leave a review for that. The hotel was also quiet & in sections of different buildings making it more personal. We had a nice large private balcony that is separate from the main entrance of our room. Also the parking was not in front of anyone's bedroom window."

Convenient location in Townsend with good restaurants around. Staff was very nice and accommodating when we knew we would be leaving earlier on days that breakfast hours didn’t start, they gave us a coffee maker, coffee & tea for our room. Appreciated the Christian touches. If I had to give one suggestion it would be to start the continental breakfast hours at 7am"
