Very pleasantly surprised. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. We have young children so cleanliness is very important to us. We can’t handle the slightest smell of smoke or mildew, so luckily that was not an issue here. The room smelled like fresh linen upon entering (not like the synthetic air fresheners. We were pleasantly surprised. One of the best rooms we’ve been in on our round-trip roadtrip from the west coast to Ohio. The beds were comfortable, pillows were great; we appreciated the bedbug and waterproof covers on the mattresses. Everything seemed clean, the sink had nice counter space; nice table & chairs, area for clothes and luggage; fridge & microwave. It’s the only place we’ve been on this trip that had hot breakfast options, which was nice for getting the morning started off right....
