The night receptionist, Amber is always nice and polite. She is also very personable. After a long drive it is good to have that kind of person at the desk. The rooms are always very clean and the breakfast is always good. I don't remember who the person is who foes the breakfast but, she deserves alot of credit. She keeps the area very clean and is a nice person to be around. She is a hard worker.
Park Hotel thought of everything! From the comfy bed linens and soft towels, to wine glasses, bottle opener, and a bag of ice in the freezer, they have everything you need to make your stay an incredible one. The room was spacious and quiet. There were blackout curtains to ensure the room stayed dark, there were sleep masks to also help keep it dark, and even a noise machine to allow for a peaceful nights sleep. The added bonus was a card for two free beer pints at the brewery down below. ...
This place is great to stay at when visiting Sedona. It offers a kitchen, full size fridge, and a deck with a bbq grill. The room also has everything you will need to cook and enjoy your meals. It was a much needed break from expensive meals out in town. The best part is the hotel has a very large year round hot tub , and offers convent parking right outside your room. If you are planning to do a lot of outdoor activities and want to avoid the tourist traps this hotel is for you.
This is a family owned business and that shows with the care and effort that’s put into the property. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and gave recommendations of places to eat and things to do in the area. We plan on staying here again during our next trip to Sedona.
We loved the fact that this condo was not in town. Yes, that meant we had to drive back and forth to Sedona, but it was worth it for the peace and quiet of Oak Creak running right outside the canyon off the deck.
The property was great. However, I don’t appreciate being pressured into listening to a Vacation Sales package. I want to pay for my rooms, checking in and do what I came to do. If I wanted to sit through a Bacation Club Sales pitch, I would sign up for your deals.
What we really liked most about this property was the manager, whose name unfortunately escapes me. He was such a kind and hospitable person. He let us check in early and check out a bit late. When we were unable to complete our trip up to the Grand Canyon due to severe storms and a power outage at our hotel there, he was ready to prepare our same room for us for a second night. He told us to stop in Flagstaff to eat because he was concerned that we wouldn’t find a restaurant open by the time we...
Great one night getaway with the family. The pool was clean and warm for the kids to swim. Room very clean and comfy with a beautiful shower. Breakfast was above average.
My husband and I loved the property! It was very quiet and in a very central area. Right across from the properties is Tlaquepaque - a nice little Mom & Pop shopping center with whole-in-the-wall stores & restaurants. A little up north, maybe about half a mile away, you have Uptown Sedona with some more shops and great restaurants to eat at. I would recommend this property to anyone planning on visiting Sedona. We thought we’d give it a shot with a different hotel other than Holiday Inn &...
Les and Peg have raised the bar on inn keeping to a whole new level. Everything about Canyon Villa Inn is perfect. Les is a quintessential host: warm, friendly and welcoming. The views are to die for. The inn has a front row seat to the splendors of the red rocks. The breakfasts and evening snacks are so delicious. The gardens and pool make a lovely oasis in the desert. The inn is clean and quiet tucked into a residential area. I would return to Sedona just to stay at this property.
Although they did not have an onsite manager, every thing was set up perfectly. The rooms were clean and they have a nice size bathroom counter. Came with refrigerator, and microwave.
