"I’m not sure that there is any staff, you check in on the internet for “your” convenience, which takes much longer and is quite invasive, upload your drivers license, credit card again, then a facial recognition program after that, and for me, I always love a second and third check in as I usually book from an Expedia or such. I feel exceedingly uncomfortable with the amount of “verification” (for my safety) I feel safer speaking with an eastern Indian call center. If this is for my convenience, I’ll buy you dinner."

"The place does not feel like a luxury resort. It appears to be an old building that’s undergone some renovations to give the allure of a luxury resort. I was unhappy with the stains on the bedding and how THIN the walls were connected to my room. I could hear everything my neighbors said speaking at a normal rate."

"We knew this was a virtual hotel when we booked, but we had no idea it would be this complicated. There was no staff, no lobby, and no one available to help when we arrived. We had to rely on strangers to figure out the check-in process because we received very little instruction beforehand. The room was very small, had no balcony, no closet, no extra bedding, and a terrible view. The bed was uncomfortable and kept separating from the wall. There was no phone in the room, and getting something as simple as extra cups required going through an online chat process. Parking was another disappointment. We had to pay $20 per day, but there wasn’t even parking available at the hotel, so we had to park elsewhere and walk several minutes to and from our car. For the price, this place simply isn’t worth it. No breakfast, no lobby, no staff, small rooms, and very little convenience. If you’re traveling with a baby, I would not recommend staying here. First and last time."
