"The staff was outstanding. I got there a bit before official check-in and the desk staff had mercy on a very tired traveller, letting me check in a couple of hours early and catch a nap. They were thoughtful throughout my stay. The room was great, housekeeping was helpful when I had a small issue with the bathroom. The hotel is in a wonderful location and all of the resturants/bars connected to it were very nice. I particularly appreciated the availability of gluten free options. A wonderful stay and I will be back!"

"The layout, cleanliness, and decor of the room was excellent. Access pillows were a little bit hard and lumpy. The one negative would be that the parking is $40 a night, so we chose a nearby parking garage for eight dollars a night which was about a five minute walk. Coming from the parking garage, the access to the lobby was poor. The breakfast was good with eggs, oatmeal, and some fresh fruit."
