Very clean and comfortable hotel. Easy check in, I had a knee replacement a week ago and had to travel to Seattle for an appointment. They had showers that you could roll in a wheelchair if needed and shower chairs which helped me a lot. Also it was no extra charge for this option. I would definitely stay there again. Only issue was because of traffic it takes about 20 to 30 mins to get to Seattle if that is where your going.
The room was very nice and big. You could see the Space Needle from the window. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The only downside was the room was not ready at check in time.
We loved The Sound! It was one of the only hotels on our month long adventure through four contries that we thought, "hmm, we could stay at this hotel a little longer than we planned."

When in Belltown, this is the only place we stay at. What a gem this hotel is. The location can’t be beat, you are literally walking-minutes away from everything you will want to do in Seattle. I do wish there was a way for hotel guests to get into their concert without going outside and waiting in line - it’s boutique with only 13 rooms - you’d think they could accommodate for that - especially when it’s cold or the weather is ridiculous like it was during the Dessa concert 😅But that said, it was beautiful, the furnishings were nice - the bathroom sink fixtures were loose, pretty, but need to be tightened so easier to use. The hotel is across from a Target, a block from Pikes market and an easy walk(with luggage), to Westlake train station. The staff here is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant on site( Ben Paris) has really good food. But the best thing is the bed!!!!
When driving in it looked kind of old but the hotel was nice ! Regina at the front desk was so nice and helpful! Awesome energy and very welcoming . Hotel free breakfast was good! Great location! The restaurant across the street was really good too. Was here for two nights and three days! I would stay again .
We had an incredible stay here. You can’t beat the location and the price. I felt this block was in a nicer portion of downtown. There weren’t people sleeping on the sidewalks outside and the light rail is only two blocks away. We also parked our car in a parking garage one block away for $30 a day. Would absolutely stay here again if we can get it for this great price again.
Took our family here for New Years Eve and we had the beat view of the Space Needle Light Show. Made it a very memorable experience for our family. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back again soon.
