"Two elevators weren’t working the day we checked in the next morning no elevators were working had to vary our luggage down 5 floors. Elderly people were carrying their luggage down the stairs also with no help from anyone. No hot water to shower in the morning."

"Hotel and staff were great. Charging $30 for parking is ridiculous, especially when the signs for public parking in that same lot is like $6. No excuse for charging $30 just to park. That alone will keep me from coming back."

"Fantastic stay! The hotel is modern, clean, and in a perfect location to the event I was attending. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of variety. Special thanks to the staff for being so attentive throughout our trip. Highly recommend!"

"I still have not gotten my $100 deposit back yet and it’s been over 5 days. Asked for clean towels and was told they didn’t have any 😢"

"It was okay. Had everything we needed. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the room. It smelled like a dirty wet room probably from people using the pool. Wished our room had a couch to sit on. We only had a chair which meant one of us had to sit on the bed to eat food. Waited at the lobby for 10 mins for a staff member to refill the pool towels but no one ever came. Overall, we had an okay experience."

"Breakfast was outstanding! Fresh made to order omelettes, fresh fruit, sausage and bacon, breakfast potatoes, danishes, scrambled eggs, hot cereal and beverages and so much more!! Hotel has a small restaurant, bar, happy hour with free cocktail or beer with snacks every night. Rooms were great and has a pool! Beautiful facilities!! "
