"The hotel is very clean and the staff is very courteous and helpful. I would not recommend this hotel for older people or physically disabled people ( unless you specify that you need to be by the elevator). There is only one elevator on one end of the hotel. I traveled with my father who has very bad knees and our room was on the complete opposite end from the elevator. Staff would have helped but we needed a pet friendly two room suite and that's the only location it was. And then again breakfast is on the opposite end of the hotel from the elevator. I actually had to improvise and use a rolling desk chair from the room to push him down the hall to the elevator."
