"Yes. Clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. We did not like the fact that there was no door to the toilet/tub room. Instead they had a sliding door that closed off the sink area and toilet/tub room. And the sliding door did not close completely shut."

"My room was not cleaned properly. The bed sheet and pillow covers were clearly used, and instead of a proper blanket, the hotel provided a bed scarf. The pillows were not only insufficient in number but also smelled unpleasant. The fridge still had two half‑drunk beverages left by previous guests, and the room intercom was not even connected. When I went to the front desk to report these issues, the staff member was rude and dismissive. She told me to clean the fridge myself and claimed that no other rooms were available, even though rooms 117,119 & 121 were visibly empty. Later, when I returned to request a blanket and additional pillows, she again behaved unprofessionally and said they had no extra pillows. Her attitude was intimidating and disrespectful. She also made an inappropriate comment, saying that because I booked through a third‑party app and “paid less,” I should not expect good service. When I asked to speak with the manager, she claimed to be the owner, gave the name “VINI,” and stated that she did not care if I filed a complaint. I was traveling with child, and due to the lack of basic bedding, I had to purchase a blanket from Walmart. I have stayed at many Super 8 locations before and have never experienced anything like this. Her behavior and the poor condition of the room ruined my stay and caused significant stress for me and my family. I strongly request that the appropriate authorities review this incident, take action regarding the staff & refund me"

"Bathroom was dirty. No soap or creme rinse in the bottles located in the shower. Told the front desk and the lady shrugged her shoulders. Breakfast was not very good."

"They are rude and unprofessional! The place is nasty and run down. The breakfast sucks. The pool and hot tub was needing a good cleaning and good luck on extra towels and rags! They won’t do the laundry because so many was coming and getting new and not reusing the ones in there room which is what they expect you to do. Most good motels have plenty but not this one! We was constantly watched just because we had 5 teenage girls and two of them was actually just coming to hang out. They left and the next morning they was trying to keep my depot just because they accused me of keeping the 2 extra teens over night and we didn’t! She was rude and disrespectful and highly unprofessional. She accused me of having a party there and I didn’t. The people that actually had a party was having pretty heated argument with another person staying there because of his teens was knocking on doors and running off. They was outside our door at 11:30pm the rude receptionist was talking to them and not one time when we opened our door did she apologize for it! She seemed to be completely stressed and not able to handle it at all! Next day we got into it because of her saying I done those things but I actually was seen "
