"The room was immaculate and comfortable. I felt the staff person at check in was not particularly helpful (did not offer to explain about how the lights etc worked) or ask if I needed help with my bags. However, the checkout person was very nice and the driver (George) who took me to Union Station was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling in or out of Union Station."
