"started off the stay with checking in with some kind of a meet and greet happening in the lobby. water on the floor, which was a slipping hazard and trying to move thru the area to get to elevators was difficult. arrival at room was surprised that the drapes were as if they had been purchased at the local Dollar General - draw by hand with rod that kept getting stuck on the fabric of the drape for closing. Was also not darkening drapes so we saw the lights of the buildings all night. next morning a large group was leaving breakfast area when we arrive, and there was no one there to clean up the tables. later heard a gentleman complaining at the front desk that he had been asked to clean the dining area, but was not happy about it, and we had completed eating and still no one had started to clean the area. Girl and a gentleman were at the desk and could have done something (at least one of them could have). Also watched the cleaning staff come and get food to eat before shift started. But again, no one noticed the unclean tables. Not a good experience."
