"I waited over 45 minutes to check into my pre payed room! Room was not very clean and had a bad odor. The shower mechanism was loose and controlling the temperature was difficult! Pool area had rust on the floor. My granddaughter cut her toe on a broken tile on the floor of the pool area. The jazzuci was green! Breakfast of out of waffle batter, out of yogurt and we arrived an hour before it closed. I have stayed here several times in the past few years but we will not stay here in the future!"

Because of this experience, we will not be booking future stays at your property. I am requesting that this issue be addressed promptly, as no guest should encounter conditions like these. "
