Extremely Disappointing Cleanliness at Rixos Park Balek - Room 2166 stay from 5th to 10th Apr
I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of my room during my stay. The standards were simply not up to par. Specifically, there was a noticeable and strong stench coming from the toilet, which was highly unpleasant. Additionally, the floors were dirty, indicating a serious lapse in housekeeping. I expected a much higher standard of hygiene from a resort of this caliber, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of expectations. I hope management takes immediate steps to improve the standards. "
"Tonnes to do for kids, amazing heated pools, the staff, service and concierge were probably the best I've seen in Antalya. Food however needs improvement overall. "

"Bagzhol (one of the waiters) was amazing and very helpful.He was very aware and even before asking was always ready to refill our water,bring us drinks and take our plates.He was very observant. "
"We had a couple of nights in luxury at this spa hotel. It is well appointed with good communal areas and plenty of facilities.
The rooms are clean and have a fridge and tea/coffee facilities as well as a safe.
There is the spa which is free to use but you pay for massages which has an indoor/outdoor pool plus sauna and steam room. There are numerous outdoor pools plus games areas.
There is a private beach with adult only area and a large beach bar and restaurant.
The main restaurant is a buffet with lots of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner and a number of speciality restaurants. There is also a patisserie. "
