"They appeared not to be expecting us to arrive. Eventually checked us in to one room, we had booked two. Once reminded of this they gave us second room but room was not ready - bed needed to be made up and towels etc placed in room. We were not given breakfast information nor wifi password at check-in and had to seek the details later. Location is fine, short stroll into town and pleasant garden and pool

"We arrived to a lot of work being done , lotsof rubbish outside . Stairwell blocked with old cupboard and plaster all over the floor and dust and dirt everywhere. Our bedroomfloor was dirty and bathroom was a mess. Mirrors all splashed and water mars on . Curtains dropping down, mosquito nets broken. Towel rail and toilet roll holders all broken. Our too. Was only cleaned once. I asked why but no reply . Wont be going back again ."
