Fantastic stay at this wonderful place. The staff were all so helpful and kind. The breakfast was excellent and it was lovely to eat by the river.

This hotel is awesome. The owners are extremely friendly, the breakfast is superb. It is a 3 minute taxi ride away from the middle of the city. Located across the street from some ruins, it is a nice escape. The community area is very well thought out, almost as if you are in a jungle hut...very nice. Very clean hotel that I have zero complaints about. Do not hesitate to book there. I am an avid review reader before I book anywhere. Will definitely stay again on my next visit.
It it by no means the most upscale establishment, but The Aiyara far exceeds its low nightly rate. We stayed there one night so we could see historic Ayutthaya before the day of our evening return flight out of Bangkok. The small one-bedroom condo was clean and had all the amenities, including a small kitchen to prepare meals. The fitness room is better than many luxury hotels I have stayed at. Beautiful, simple room overlooking the river. Staff was very nice and friendly, however, seemed to be new and untrained in the hospitality industry.
The place could use a good cleaning - the ceiling lights were full of dead flies.
Breakfast is included, but very simple. Functional, but not great.
The restaurant, however, is excellent.
Overall, for the price and location, it's a great stay.
This was a last minute reservation. The people were very friendly and helpful, despite me knowing very, very little Thai. We used some Google translate and it was good fun. Great place.
A really comfortable boutique style hotel, and good location in terms of access. Great value for the money, and family run. We will certainly be coming back. Only thing missing are restaurant facilities.
