The hotel in central to just about everything: no need to take mass transit at all. Just steps away are wonderful cafes and all the sights. The rooms are beautifully Swedish in style, clean and comfortable. I was in a single room, albeit small it was perfect! Breakfast was a great traditional smorgasbord and the staff could not be more accommodating in taking coffee orders. We stayed at Hotel Skeppsholmen for the nights in May 2024. It was unseasonably warm outside, but the air-conditioned room was always nice and cool. The hotel's location is convenient to get around Stockholm, yet tranquil and quiet. The island of Skeppsholem has the Modern Museum, the Toy Museum, and a few restaurants. I absolutely love this little hotel! The single rooms are perfect for 1. Breakfast is fabulous. Staff are very helpful and friendly. This is my second visit and I'll surely be back.

Great breakfast, natural snacks and friendly staff. The hotel is very clean, organized and in a very centric location. Overall we had a very pleasant stay with our toddler :D

Everything was perfect.

Spacious, quiet, clean, convenient. Full kitchenette with microwave, dish washer, fridge, stove, flat screen TV, Front desk receptionists helpful. Early access to room appreciated after sleepless incoming flights. Breakfast available. Only one waitress for entire breakfast seemed to be overworking this staff member to the max. On three of 22 my night stay no warm food could be provided due to breakdown. Taxi driver had difficulty locating the hotel on the trip in despite GPS and Google Map. Lack...

The staff were excellent!!! They were so kind and always smiling . Special mentioned to Ella and Ida- great customer service . Breakfast was plentiful and very delicious. Room was kept so clean . I highly recommended the Berns hotel for excellent service and amazing location

The hotel is in a nice location, an easy walk from the Rådmansgatan metro station. The breakfast buffet is huge and excellent, and the staff are very helpful. Rooms are comfortable, though the washroom in mine had an odor of raw sewage throughout my stay. Beds are very comfortable.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. Hotel was in a beautiful location. Looking forward to using Radisson hotels in the future.

Short stopover during family vacation in Stockholm. Convenient, walkable location with lots of shops and amenities. Quick access to Central Station. Beautiful design in hotel and room. Quiet, comfortable for our family of four. Lovely breakfast with lots of variety and allergy-friendly, healthy options. Staff at welcome center were very kind and helpful. Spa was refreshing after a long day of walking and exploration. Would visit again and highly recommend.

I loved my stay at Ersta, its simple, but very lovely and comfortable.
