Best hotel of any I have stayed in in last three years. Cleanliness is impeccable and room las large with clean carpeting. Centrally located and near the Silja ferry dock. I was asked if I would be having breakfast in the morning I said I had an early flight and they said they would pack me something to take and the next morning they remembered! Never had such excellent service.

We had a large room , very comfortable king size bed, spacious bathroom, all the toiletries were great quality, organic and eco friendly. There is an Nespresso coffee machine with provided coffee pods. Excellent service, friendly and professional, a lot of excellent suggestions on what to do and places to see. The location next to Mall of Scandanavia, Strawberry Arena and train/ metro station makes this ideal. If you hope to get a paid parking space next to the building you need to come early because there are only limited spaces, otherwise paid parking is also available about a five minute walk away. It would have been nice to have coffee, a microwave and a refrigerator in ones room but these are not included. The HUGE breakfast selection was amazing and the restaurant/bar on the top floor was good.
We loved the Lady Hamilton Hotel. The location was fantastic, just around the corner is the Cathedral and The Royal Palace. Very little car traffic in Gamla Stan so it was great for walking around. Metro, Ferry and Hop on - Hop off buses are all within 5-10 minute walk from hotel.
Hotel itself is very nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. Little different variety each morning...Loved the pastries!

Everything is very modern, very clean, very quiet, easy to access. I didn't get in until 23:00 and was still able to check in with the kiosk no problem. Just no window in the room, but that is in the description so you know what you're getting into. An affordable and convenient option!
The hotel in central to just about everything: no need to take mass transit at all. Just steps away are wonderful cafes and all the sights. The rooms are beautifully Swedish in style, clean and comfortable. I was in a single room, albeit small it was perfect! Breakfast was a great traditional smorgasbord and the staff could not be more accommodating in taking coffee orders.
It was wonderful coming back to the hotel each evening as you can leave all the noise behind you...
