The hotel was modern and the room was clean, spacious and had some great features such as a large TV, a nice shower, and a one-touch button to notify staff if I wanted the room to be refreshed. The hotel was in a great location, walkable to CN Tower, the financial district, Old Town, various restaurants and bars etc. as well as Union train station. I would definitely recommend the hotel to people visiting Toronto. "

"I booked a standard room, and it met my expectations, it was clean and spacious. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the hotel is in a great location close to popular restaurants and Union Station, making it easy to get around the city. We didn’t need to spend much on Uber goin to and from the airpot since the UP Express is very convenient, and even our trip to Niagara was easy with FlixBus, just a 5-minute walk from Novotel. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Toronto."
