Best hotel of any I have stayed in in last three years. Cleanliness is impeccable and room las large with clean carpeting. Centrally located and near the Silja ferry dock. I was asked if I would be having breakfast in the morning I said I had an early flight and they said they would pack me something to take and the next morning they remembered! Never had such excellent service.

The hotel in central to just about everything: no need to take mass transit at all. Just steps away are wonderful cafes and all the sights. The rooms are beautifully Swedish in style, clean and comfortable. I was in a single room, albeit small it was perfect! Breakfast was a great traditional smorgasbord and the staff could not be more accommodating in taking coffee orders.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location is great, and the staff are extremely friendly. The breakfast is delicious, and I also loved the 1st-floor lounge and the gym in the basement. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The hotel's location is convenient to get around Stockholm, yet tranquil and quiet. The island of Skeppsholem has the Modern Museum, the Toy Museum, and a few restaurants. We loved the Lady Hamilton Hotel. The location was fantastic, just around the corner is the Cathedral and The Royal Palace. Very little car traffic in Gamla Stan so it was great for walking around. Metro, Ferry and Hop on - Hop off buses are all within 5-10 minute walk from hotel.
