Which is understandable considering I was aware check in is at 3, but after 24 hours of travel I was really hoping my room would be ready for me."

"Hotel was in a good location, the breakfast was varied and good, the staff was excellent. I had an issue with allergies and the staff quickly provided support and changed our room to one with a wood floor and hypoallergenic bedding.
