There is no air conditioning in the apartment, which made it uncomfortable at night, but the managers promptly brought us 2 fans, which helped. They were prompt to reply with everything. Hotel had fantastic views of the river and bridge, and extremely easy to get to the city even though it’s not placed in the city center. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating whenever needed be. Breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Will be back if I find myself in Porto again. "
