There was great communication between us and the staff. We did have a bit of trouble when it came to the airport shuttle, but it was solvable and in the end did not have an impact on our experience there. The location is beautiful. First off the staff were amazing from the moment we drove up to the property, then with urgency getting a cart for the bags, the front desk were very knowledgeable ( if they didn’t know something they found out for you) bottom line very professional but personable. What a lovely place to stay. Beautiful view of the ocean and easy access to it. Love the hotel pajamas. They are so comfortable. We rented a car and had a wonderful time exploring nearby areas and driving north. Also, we could go at our own pace and not worry about getting to the tours on time and feeling rushed through our experiences. We would love to stay here again if we return to Onna City. Very clean, great customer service, great amenities, spacious accommodations.

Great view and a good location for accessing all sites on the island. The house was very roomy and was full of beautiful art, including the painted sliding walls for the tatami mat rooms.

The staff was absolutely outstanding exactly what you would expect at a grand Hyatt hotel. The indoor pool was wonderful so was the spa. It's a beautiful island getaway perfect for relaxation. Exactly what I needed.

Very luxurious hotel with lots of amazing stuff to do on site. Meant more for romantic couples, with various spa treatments available, as well as indoor pools and access to its sister resort for more dining and shopping options. Perfect for a romantic milestone celebration or a surprise trip!

Check in service was outstanding. They also arranged transportation to and from the airport for us based on the room we booked, which was a beautiful corner suite facing the ocean. Really enjoyed the view. Kids loved snorkeling and the water sports.

I was hesitant to choose because I hadn’t heard of them before. It just opened. I will not hesitate next time. The hotel was great! The staff was great! The food was great! The music show was great also. Real easy location and right on the beach. I am very satisfied with this hotel.

Nicest facilities! Very clean and the breakfast was superb! Loved the fruit sandwiches the most and just simply amazing!! The birds in the entrance did make me sad. I wish they were able to fly in an enclosure.

My flight was cancelled multiple times due to Super Typhoon Bavi. The staff was very helpful and allowed me to change the dates of my reservations the day I was supposed to arrive. The room was spacious, clean and the view from the room was amazing. I would highly recommend.

Solid place. Great for the money, but downside was pool was advertised, but is closed for the entire season. They should take the pool off of the Expedia ad. It’s very misleading.

This was my first time visiting okinawa. I was confused about where to stay on this big island. I am very happy I picked Naha terrace. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but only 10 minutes walking to it. The hotel is very quiet and clean. Just 15 minutes walking to the ferries to Zamami and Aka island. Nice staff. Thank you.
