I booked this hotel last minute because of an issue at another hotel and the rudeness of the staff, I am very glad that I did. This hotel was very comfortable, and very clean. The neighborhood was great because there were many shops right across the street and the beach was within walking distance. I did not have a lot of time to enjoy all the hotel had to offer but it was a great way to end my hectic travels.

I only stayed here for a night to be closer to the airport. The resort is beautiful with a very lovely staff. I booked the 2 bedroom villa which had everything a family will need on vacation. The rooms are big with a mirror and closet in both. The master bedroom comes with an ensuite and a king bed. The second room is to the back with a sliding door and two twin beds. We absolutely loved our stay. The all inclusive package needs to be a little clearer and wasn’t fully available to what was explained. Laundry isn’t included and is expensive

Fabulous front desk staff— really helpful!

Nice location in the south close to several nice restaurants and supermarket. We walked to San Blas square for lunch or dinner almost everyday during our stay.

The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was also very nice. Angela was a great bartender and made sure we had an amazing time everyday. The food at the bar especially burgers, chicken sandwich, oysters, were all really good. Breakfast was amazing. The only downside was we had lost our key late at night. When arriving at the hotel at 1-2 am I was told that there was not another key available and we would have to wait until 7 am for someone to get a key. We were scolded for losing it . Which I...

Good facilities. Friendly staff

We were looking for a quiet getaway something different from the south and we found it! This hotel offers excellent service, good breakfast, a quality spa, and the views from the hotel were spectacular. Set in the mountains, there is hiking near the hotel and it offers many things outside to relax, hammocks, each room offers a patio with a table and chairs. If your looking for a quiet getaway I highly recommend this hotel. I will be visiting again in the near future.

Everything amazing

I do not have any complaint about this place. I would love to go back to this place when I have a chance to go to Los Cristianos again. This isn't a luxury hotel, but this had everything. Nice view, great amenities, two bottles of water and a scone and nice staffs. Best part was the breakfast buffet. I have been traveling a lot recently, and the breakfast here was so far the best. Overall, I was very satisfied and would like to recommend this place to anyone.

Nice apartments in a new suburbanish neighborhood. The apartment was nice and clean. The location is about 18 minutes from Los Christianos depending on the traffic. It you do not have a rental car then taxies may be expensive. Closes bus stop is about 25 minutes away.
