"The bed was very comfortable. The health suite was very good and staff solved everything quickly. Everyone staff visitors were all smiling. Wonderful stay. Will be back soon"

"Generously sized room, bed and bathroom. Nice toiletries and complementary soft drinks and crisps. Excellent location, Good to have on site parking but not good to have to pay extra for it. Good choice of breakfast items but again a bit pricey. Room rather warm but there were 2 fans provided."

"Breakfast was good and the staff really helpful. The spa was an extra cost and for £10 you didn't get use of the pool for your stay - you got a one hour slot ! Location and setting were great."

"Rooms were clean and nicely presented. Tea and coffee in room was nice. The check in staff were helpful and very friendly. We did not use the facilities such as the pool. We used the bar in the evening and the bar person, whose name was Dylan, had a great personality. He was very friendly and had a good sense of humour and he was kept really busy. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the food was good."

"Parking-we got there early so got a space right outside the front of the hotel, could hear people who arrived later being told parking was further down the road, so not sure on that one. Our room was right opposite the reception desk, thought it would have been noisy, but it didnt disturb our night, was fine. good for location, bus to town etc. 5 min walk from hotel to closest bus stop. we left the car at the hotel the whole stay, and used the buses. would definitely stay here again."
