A/C went out in our room. Called the front desk, went out eat and came back a new unit was installed and working great.

Great property with brand new A/C split system. Very efficient, clean and economical as long as maintenance team continue changing air filters on time and often. Nice views from the windows. Every room has unique views. Recommended to everyone visit this resort and enjoy quiet and relaxed time. Rooms are very clean, breakfast top notch, omelette and bacon options are great. Clean, you get use of driftwood, and osprey, they are connected by a covered garage. chairs for rent at beach. pools very different at each property. most of the people there were returning guests. It is smoker friendly, but as a non smoker, I never smelled it in any area inside or out, just see people smoking or ashtrays outside. The Walmart is close, 1 min drive. the traffic around PCB is insane but you can get to Walmart without any traffic issues, it is a super Walmart. The staff are...

Had a great stay! The entire hotel was very clean. Check in was a breeze. The room was accurate to online images (king room with balcony). The room was also soundproofed, couldn't hear anything from the surrounding rooms. Breakfast was great with waffles, a hot food bar, oatmeal bar, bread options, etc. Absolutely would stay again!

Beautiful beach view. We enjoyed the ocean and the condo was very well appointed.

I loved that our room was beach level! I didn't like that as you walk from Driftwood to Osprey to use the amenities and you pass people sitting outside their rooms smoking. The location was perfect. If you don't want to get in your vehicle and ride, you don't have to. We walked to Pier Park and other restaurants in the area. Overall everything was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

Low price. Friendly staff. Beautiful beachfront. Pleasant deck, pool, hot tubs. Great bargain.

Two night stay to enjoy the beach. Room was newly renovated and extremely clean. Hotel staff was very friendly and responded immediately to our requests (extra towels or directions/recommendations). Breakfast was good. Had 2 waffle makers with several flavors of waffles--no wait. Very delicious! Would have liked fresh cut fruit but they only had whole apples and bananas. Will definitely recommend and will stay again.

Breakfast was good. Room was updated and clean, great location, and nice staff. The only issue I had was the check in process. They don’t have Apple Pay and their payment kiosk only accepts either an all debit card or an all credit card, which caused a delay in my check in process.

May have recently had a make over, but great place, clean and modern. Tv and electrical outlets and lamps updated for usb use, which is a great feature

We love the beach front, very convenient. Hot breakfast was nice, but not enough shopping and dining around.

absolutely loved the staff!!! cameras everywhere, pool and hot tub worked, close to the beach and walking distance of a lot of things.

Staff were very helpful. Gave info on medical facility close by. Helped with directions to restaurant we were looking for. Quiet hotel with good breakfast.

The stay was great, seemed to be construction going on but none of it bothered our stay. I like that every room has a view!
