After a 10 hour flight from SFO and a nightmare experience at Heathrow Airport (5 hours on the tarmac, followed by 3 hours at customs/baggage hall - only to be told at 10pm to leave without our luggage) we arrived at Wroxton House Hotel and were warmly welcomed by Tina at 11:30pm.
