Newly remodeled hotel in an older building in downtown Frickenhausen. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean, and everything looks brand new. Comfortable beds and the A/C works great. Friendly and helpful English-speaking staff, excellent breakfast, and nice beer garden. Free parking is a three-minute walk. We've stayed there twice during the summer of 2025. Would I stay there again? Yes!
Very friendly welcome and early check in since we have arrived earlier then expected we have had a very good experience and recommend to get the breakfast since just the view is stunning besides all choices at the buffet. Amazing we will sure be back of in the area again.
Everything about our stay was amazing. We were warmly welcomed and all the staff was all top notch. Dinner was excellent. Our room was impeccable and the property is breathtaking. Breakfast was a highlight and we agreed the bed was the most comfortable out of all the places we stayed in our two week trip.
We would love to return and spend more time. Highly recommend!

A bit outdated but a lot of character. Super clean and a very courteous staff. Kind of reminded me of a ski hotel in the Alps I used to stay at in the 80s. I guess you could say “nostalgic“. Other than needing a few modern upgrades it was a very pleasant surprise. Will definitely recommend this hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Wurzburger Hof Hotel. The attention to detail throughout the hotel, cleanliness, and amazing breakfast made our stay a delightful experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Wurzburg area. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
It was really splendid. We came rather late and the kitchen stayed open until we ordered an evening meal. I missed an email from the hotel asking if my parents needed to be in the part of the complex served by a lift, but I was touched by the concern. I slept really well, the bed was comfy and I loved the teddy bear to make the room cosy
The hotel staff were great. They spoke both German and English which was good for me since I hadn't spoken German in over 25 years. The hotel is located right on the Main River and close to all that the old town has to over. The room was clean and the building well maintained. They have a parking garage which is a plus since parking in the old town can be a challenge. I ate at the restaurant twice for dinner and it was delicious both times.
Everything was very nice. Great location and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was great also. Well worth the price. That coffee machine is amazing!!!
