First and foremost, the staff are what make this property worth the stay. They are excellent, friendly and welcoming. The location is remote, so for a quiet getaway it is ideal. The views from each restaurant are amazing. The food, while delicious, is a little on the bland side. I suppose I expected Spanish spiciness and instead got German bland. Not bad but not exceptional. Icon hotel was a pure dream!! It felt like a private Villa residence with excellent design details. The drive from Palma to Icon hotel was also very scenic and beautiful! The hotel was perfect. The room was large and pretty. The pool was large. The pool area never looked crowded. The beach was steps away. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of delicious items. Couldn’t be better.
The hotel was in a very nice location next to the beach and a nature reserve which was great for going on walks. The room was nice and the food was great. We also really enjoyed the fitness classes (yoga and aqua gym) run by Alex - he was a really great animator! He took us on a very fun excursion on the reserve as well. Overall a great trip!
