We only stayed one night because we had a hotel in Spain but it was great. Right near the beach and the receptionist was super helpful and nice! Definitely recommend!!
The stay was excellent from start to finish, especially being a solo traveler. The room was superb and the staff went beyond each day. The parking across the street made life so easy as I came and went multiple times a day. Definitely will stay there again if I come back to the area
Hotel was convenient to all the great attractions that Sitges has to offer. It was also convenient to both the train station and the bus stop coming from Barcelona city or airport directly. Room was just enough. Bathroom was very clean with great little amenities. A/C worked very well. It's not a 5 start hotel, but it's clean, the staff is great and convenient all around. i would stay here again.
It exceeded our expectations. The manager, Alonzo, the most gracious person I've met, and the staff, all went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was spacious, nice kitchen area, awesome shower, comfortable bed, and very clean. The location of the hotel is excellent if you want to relax, and then take the public bus to the center of the city and visit all the attractions Barcelona offers. The pictures don’t do this place justice. This was a beautiful property with great amenities. The view is amazing and the pool is perfect. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was friendly. They were able to get us in our room before checkin which is early already (2:00pm). They have a restaurant on site which is really good. I really think this is the best property in the area.
Close to beach, restaurants, shopping, trains, 15 minute drive to airport. Only down side was 12Euro for parking. There is no other way to park your car...street parking is more expensive. Continental breakfast buffet was more than expected with assortments of rolls, fruit,cheeses, danishes, eggs, sausage, bacon toast, coffees, teas, juices with seating inside or out by the pool (very clean). And the staff was very helpful, pleasant and always available. And free WiFi
We couldn't have been more pleased with the hotel. The staff were very attentive, checked us in extra early, the restaurant there and down the street were outstanding. Loved being right on the beach - nice boardwalk!
I have stayed in many iBis hotel all over Europe, but this location is one of the best I have stayed.

- Staff needs some training, especially the night shift.
- The train station is little far from the hotel. 15mins walk. 2.50EUR to go to the city center.
We certainly enjoyed the Alexandre Congress Hotel. Pick up from the airport went smooth ( you may want to ask details but basically follow signs to hotel shuttles/ look for a black van with the name of the airport on it.
