"Beautiful building/lobby Perfect location Attentive and courteous front desk staff Good buffet breakfast Cons: Coffee at breakfast buffet from a push-button machine. Tasted like swamp water Why are all bathroom accessories (not just in this hotel) now in the form of prison-style quality wrapped in bland recycled brown paper? What ever happened to the pretty quality sewing kits/shoeshiner/shower cap/lotion in packaging that matched the quality of the hotel? "

"Nice big clean room ..however ..most uncomfortable beds. They need replacing ..the creaking noises were horrendous..only way to stop this was to sleep upside down in the bed..not good. View was fantastic Hotel decor could do with a spruce up. Staff were fabulous"

"Clean room, unfortunately not able to make tea or coffee in room. Convenient location to Denia which is within walking distance. Breakfast included in price and was more than ample. Sauna to be paid for separately, good value for money for two night stay."

"The hotel is in a great location. Our room was nice and spacious with a terrace to go outside and see the ocean. The staff is very friendly. Everyone we saw greeted us and smiled at us. Kevin at reception went above and beyond. He always has a smile for every guest. He helped us rent a car. Car was delivered to hotel. Super great service. Thanks for making our stay a memorable one."

"Rooms were large. Breakfast was great, however, for a 5 star hotel, not having a proper coffee machine in the room (powdered coffee and kettle provided, breakfast starts at 8 am) is not acceptable. Furthrmore, wifi in the rooms was so weak and poor, could not log in (had to go to reception to do so), and then could not upload normal apps like IG. Hotel reception were aware of this problem, so ongoing for a while. Also could not watch Netflix on iPad. TVs in the room are not smart TVs, not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Staff were all friendly and pleasant though. Would not stay here again. "
