"I don’t have enough praise for the staff, from the front desk, Tam’i and Betty, to the housekeeping staff. They were friendly, helpful and respectful and responsive to our needs. The room was excellent, lots of room that included a couch. The bathroom was roomy and clean. I only have positive feedback, the nicest hotel we stayed in during our 18 days in Peru."
"Great location in centre of Cusco near all the sites. Lovely hotel, great staff. Only 2 issues were breakfast was very limited, so I went out to eat at one of the excellent local breakfast restaurants nearby each day. Secondly the hotel recommended using Planet Peru for excursions who I would strongly advise not to use overpriced & disorganised."
