Both Chris and Yolanda were so friendly and welcoming. Despite their packed schedule running both a pub and a b&b, they were always cheerful and kind. Parking was free and easy. The room was spacious and comfortable. The fruity shampoo and body shower gel were so fragrant. Breakfast was delicious! And Chris was kind enough to show us a few magic tricks during our breakfast time. It was simply magical. Wishing both Chris and Yolanda a relaxing and wonderful holiday vacation to US next year.

This quaint hotel is a short, easy 10-minute walk from downtown Melton-Mowbray (plan to walk if you don't have your own car, as Uber hasn't found Melton yet and cabs are hard to come by at short notice). The grounds are well kept. Our room had a large, comfortable four-poster bed, and the bathroom was nicely outfitted with a large tub and shower attachment. This B&B was hands down the very best of our holiday through the UK and Ireland. We especially enjoyed the freshly made flapjacks provided by our host. The village pub is a 3 minute walk down the street and dinner was excellent. Breakfast was very tasty and our host was gracious and helpful. The room was beautiful with comfortable seating and a large bed. We slept very well. We would definitely return to Castle Farm House.
