The hotel was very nice, very clean, pleasant staff. My only complaint was dinner in the Tree Top Room. I invited friends there for dinner and was the worst dining experience of my life. The food was terrible as was the service. It was a shame as the overall hotel experience was very nice.

My family had an amazing stay for 3 days and 2 nights in this hotel. The room is very spacious, clean, and well organized. The staff are very accommodating and approachable during the stay. I highly recommend this hotel (City Gardens Suite Hotel Manila). We'll surely come back in here. Keep it up!
The property itself is lovely, rooms were really nice and facilities very good. The spa experience was great. The restaurant in the hotel, however, was bordering on awful, with staff sitting down on their phones and not serving customers. We had to get up from our table and go get our own menus, ask to order, and to get our bill! Everything was very slow and the food was cold when it finally arrived. If you stay here, the dining options just 5 minutes down the beach are fantastic, great service...

I truely enjoyed my stay at ascott makati and so are my visiting friends and relatives.. our one bedroom executive suites is spacious nicely decorated.. just above Glorietta Mall Complex and next to SM mall.. our room is overlooking the pool on one side and on the other side the Glotietta 1 rooftop which connects holiday inn... with dinners selection we celebrated our relatives graduation at K-Pub BBQ and on another night at Moonshine restaurant.. highly recommended definitely will return again...
The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and more spacious than I expected. A fitness center in this hotel was also big and nice. The hotel is located in walking distance to the malls of trinoma and sm mall north edsa. At this time, I got 25% discount offer and, at this rate, I can certainly say, this hotel is the BEST in quezon city. Even without a discount, I am willing to choose this hotel rather than the others.
Josh, front desk and security staff were superb. Location is good, new hotel only thing to be aware of is traffic is busy and booking grab during peak hours was difficult.
I had an absolutely enjoyable stay for 5 nights during the first week of July. I arrived at the airport on an early morning flight. When I got to the hotel, tired, the front desk staff found me a room on the 24th floor so that I could leave my luggage and freshen up before going out for the day.
