We love small, cozy places that are full of character and this hotel is exactly that! The hotel is located in what seems an old Sicilian villa but the rooms are completely renovated, modern and spotless clean. The check-in was very fast (despite the fact that we arrived at 2 in the morning), the staff very pleasant and welcoming. We chose a room with a view toward the Etna - what an incredible view! The property and property grounds are extremely well maintained - there are flowers and trees...

The staff was wonderful. They even met us at the square and navigated our car up into their parking area. They just went over and above doing anything they could for us! The cottage was roomy, decorated nicely and super clean. The staff brought us anything we needed and even let me know when the spa was ready after it went down for 15 minutes. The views from the cottage were superb- from the terraces all the way out to the sea, and the garden with it's citrus and vegetables draped everywhere....

Directly across from Mazzaro beach (stairway down not for elderly or disabled). Beautiful views l believe from every room...l would check. Our front desk host, Sandro, took care of us in so many ways. Easy walk to tramway that takes you to Taormina. Superb breakfast ( one day croissants a little incinerated, but it is Sicily) Lovely rooftop pool, nice landscaping and plants everywhere.plenty of places to eat , drink and buy sundries. Might be considered a little dangerous to walk near...
