A locked gate that does not allow freedom of entry and exit to the premises Electricity and lighting were sporatic. Water had to be turned on exteriorally and did not work in the morning. No water, no shower, hard to even brush me teeth. Need to read a manual on simple hosting basics! The kid was nice enough, but this is not a place to stay under any circumstances"

The room was very comfortable. The restaurant was very good. Staff very pleasant and helpful. It is very remote so hiking and horseback riding are the options - what I was seeking. Took in the night sky given the darkness that surrounds. The road from the nearest town to the hotel is in horrible condition but being replaced, at least in part. Highly recommend if you seek a remote, stunningly beautiful experience.
A truly remarkable experience. Great place. Great service. Great food. The views are amazing and the place was all that we expected. We took the horse ride and it was great. I recommend this place to any wine wanting a relaxing and beautiful experience!
The hotel is a marvel and the Manage of Operations Juan Carlos Rios is tremendous--he is everywhere--greeting you upon arrival, getting the bellman to take luggage to the room, park the car, then in the restaurant and even assisting with travel directions for your onward journey. The rooms are large and very comfortable and have wonderful fireplaces that the staff will light for you. The views are magnificent and the restaurant is excellent.
