"Fantastic stay at Rinjani Lodge. What a gem of a hotel. The views are incredible and our room was immaculately clean. The food was delicious with a very wide ranging menu, both local and western/south East Asian. Presentation was lovely, especially breakfast. The room itself was a good size, good AC and a large bathroom. It had a day bed outside where we could chill and simply look! There are two pools - one for those who come to eat/drink and one for residents. The property is set among beautiful and well maintained gardens with many flowers and trees attracting butterflies and birds. We had an issue with our safe and it was looked after immediately. The property is located very close to the gate to the park for the waterfalls. And close to restaurants and local shops/spas. There is an ATM close by. I leave my last words for the staff who are wonderful, friendly, welcoming and most helpful. A true asset to the hotel. We would absolutely return to this hotel and we hope to. "

"When we have just arrived we found bathroom towels in toilet bowl, literally in it!!!! Terrible smell from toilet. Very hard mattres to sleep. In overall that place is overpriced. Not worth it. "

"This place is a little deceiving. Photos are a lot better than the place is. - The huts are on the side of the road and the road noise is very loud. Even when inside the cabin its very noisy and thin windows. - The place is clean. - Bathroom is small. - There is no good balcony furniture. - Alot of light comes in the room, in the morning. There are large windows that dont have blinds or drapes. Overall, not really an enjoyable stay. There is nothing very close to walk to and so you are stuck with their basic kitchen foods. No alchohol is served. Not good value for what you pay. "
