"Family of four booked from Friday-Sunday for GA league games from Torrance CA. I booked here based on amazing reviews. We booked a room 2 queens with a sofa (no pullout bed) even though on the listing it says sleeps 6 the first night we saw a roach crawling on the wall. Saturday morning we went to grab breakfast . Literally all you have is bread/baggels/ cereal/ and yogurt that comes out of a machine. Super basic and not really appetizing. Tiny breakfast area. No fruit!! No eggs/no waffles/ super basic. Saturday night there was a truck parked in the lot playing extremely loud music. It was 3 am I called front desk and they said they couldn’t do anything. Location is ok. There’s a lot of construction going on both on the 10freeway headed there and on the streets where the hotel is located. Pretty chaotic. I would not stay here again. Reviews are definitely misleading. Wonder if these are the people who book at motel 6"

"The property is beautiful and spacious. We loved the adults only pool, the walk up to the waterfall, and sitting eating breakfast outside and having a glass of wine by the fire inside at night. Perfect romantic getaway."

"Room was ok. Bathroom trash had not been taken out from prior guest and had to asked front desk multiple times for towels for the pool area. We were told we could not have outside food or alcoholic beverages, however several other guest did and nothing was said to them at the pool. If this is policy, it would be nice to have it enforced accordingly and not to just a few guest. "

"The room was very nice. Clean, cool, well maintained. The parking was fine, elevators worked, ice machine worked, staff came in and cleaned as expected, no complaints. The toilet paper was the worst I've ever seen, though. My biggest complaint? The DirecTV was unwatchable. Every channel glitched every 20 seconds, I think from a signal dropout or something. Every10 minutes or so of this, the TV screen went to a screen that said something about loss of signal due to inclement weather or whatever, call the front desk. A power reset of the DirecTV box was needed, and after several minutes of rebooting, the glitchy service proceeded for 10-15 minutes until the loss-of-signal screen reappeared. My partner called the front desk, they sent up a guy who SPOKE NO ENGLISH! Is this customer service? It sucks. My bi-lingual partner tried to explain, he reset the box (AGAIN!) and said to call if it repeats. Surprise, IT REPEATED! He returned and replaced the cable box, and we continued to watch unwatchable cable TV, glitching every 20 seconds, for the rest of the night. I was VERY unsatisfied with this aspect of the stay. Obviously, most folks don't check into a hotel to watch TV, but if this is an amenity, it ought to work. All else was fine, but this aspect was ridiculously disappointing."
