Staff at hotel was very helpful with scheduling our transport to the cruise terminal and offering advance concerning Ybor City!

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable - AND quiet! The only thing I noticed that they may want to change is when the lobby restrooms are cleaned. Both days this was during breakfast, which is of course the busiest time. This also happened while our seminar was going on, which meant when we had a break, the only restroom available to us was out of order. I would like to add that Zee was and is always amazing. She makes sure that you are satisfied at every turn. She has assisted my family many times when we had to alter our plans, be it adding a night or departing early. Thanks Zee for greeting us every morning when we're heading out for the day. You make our mornings wonderful.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was nice and the pool area was beautiful. The restaurant staff were exceptionally nice and attentive. Radika was very sweet and friendly.

Great hotel in a great location. Price was much lower than other hotels of comparable quality. I would definitely stay there on my next trip to Tampa.

We picked this location based on reviews. Loved the pool and surroundings. Everything was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and staff were very nice and friendly. Will definitely be back. If you are cruising this is the best location.

Hotel & room was clean!! Staff were friendly & great!! Staff seemed to enjoy their jobs. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our 2 week roadtrip.
