What a great surprise! The hotel was a very short drive to the beach, and very doable on foot as well. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was outstanding. The owner was terrific. Could not expect more from a hotel. Really more a 4 star hotel.
Only stayed one night passing through, but would have stayed more! Professional and friendly staff, lovely clean lobby, large room with a fabulous balcony to watch the sun set. We also enjoyed the delicious and extensive breakfast offered on the amazing roof terrace. Would absolutely recommend.

Many nights I slept over in Patras, but never in such a warm, cosy and delicate room. The service is Excellent. The first night we asked for a cup of tea to bring up to our room and got tea in a tea pot and fresh cake. A friendly welcome and all without extra charge. The fridge had a platter with lots of fruit and a large water bottle also included in the price. The breakfast is served in the small - very good feel - lobby. There was no breakfast buffet but absolutly génerouse enough....
We booked a room for just a night. We were staying in Patras just for a night (coming from Delphi and heading to Olympia the next day). We didn’t have very high expectations as the pictures show a generic place. However, this hotel surpassed all expectations. Central location on a busy foot walk street lots of convenience shops restaurants coffee shops very near bus station ferry , breakfast excellent and a lot of choices staff out standing
The room was impressively clean and well arranged. Directly in the center of the city and an easy walk to anything you could want. Parking in the immediate area can be a little tricky given that Patras is a fairly busy city.
Very nice hotel, great, friendly staff with beautiful restaurant below that opens to a pedestrian only street. Great place for a glass of wine at the end on the day or cup of espresso the next morning! Only down side was that it is hard to find, especially if not from the area.
